Saint Mary by bow garden sign. This sign was commissioned and placed at the side of the bow church in London. The first church on this site was recorded in the eleventh century. The bells of the current successor, the Bow Bells, are its most famous asset, only if you were born within the sound of the bow bells can you be called a true London Cockney. Size 2m high x 82cm wide x 12cm deep. The sign has been made of hardwood and has a carved coat of arms. This is a totally original piece.
